Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: YES! please contact me through the form provided on the website and I can set up an international shipment and order for you.
Products can be sent tracked or untracked with stamps, but the former is recommended for the most secure shipment. Stamping the order costs from $3.00 to $5.00, but tracked international is around $15.00 to $20.00, but I will work to get the best possible rate.

Q: What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

A: Contact me through the provided form on the website, and I will do whatever I can to assist you. If your order gets lost in the mail, I will happily send a replacement. However, the order must be actually lost, with no tracking updates for a period of up to two weeks.

Q: Do you take returns?

A: I do not. However, if you would like to edit or cancel your order prior to shipment, please reach out, and that can be arranged.

Q: Do you do wholesale?

A: Yes, and I would be happy to, especially for retail stores in the Philadelphia area. Please contact me and we can arrange something.
